This has now pressure many colleges to stop thesecourses as there is better money for them in their own commercerather than teaching it. The main problem with this is that on the whole thestaff have to undergo the 2-year training course for the CoE this is a waste matter of time and effort for this type of job. They already have sex howto teach their profession so this leads them not to teach and staywhere they are.If Southgate College chooses not to train its workforce it will befaced with additional recruitment costs.
